Lindley carnival 2012, Saturday 30th June 1pm - 4pm

People in Lindley are gearing up for a day of carnival fun. The fifth annual carnival takes place on Saturday 30th June at Fernlea Playing Fields.

This year’s extravaganza kicks off in the fields behind the Black Bull Pub. The focus of the day is entertainment for the whole family with something for people of all ages.

The event will be officially opened at 1pm by the Mayor of Kirklees Clr David Ridgway.
