I remember not so long ago we used to have a chap who was paid by the council to see to the streets being tidy and free from litter. Now we are being asked for volunteers to do the council’s work for them? The roads and sidewalks are a disgrace,the hedges hang over to make it impossible to keep to the path forcing people to step into the road.Where does health and safety come in?
